The machine components are precision machined by CNC machine tools and machining centers, ensuring stable operation, tight mechanical structure, and sealing quality that meets standards.

1) Sealing machine head
1. The machine has four main sealing heads, each with a high-strength stainless steel pressure head mold specially customized for customer tank types and four high-strength stainless steel sealing wheels; The material of the machine head components is all stainless steel, ensuring food hygiene while also increasing the service life of the machine;
2. A set of pressure head molds and sealing wheels can have a service life of 500000 to 600000 cans.

2) Inlet structure
The tank feeding structure of this machine adopts a rotary table high-speed rotation to guide the tanks into the tank trays of various sealing heads. The tank lids are placed on the tank lid storage, and the lids are extended into the lid feeding track through a specific lid feeding disc. The tanks and lids are synchronized and coordinated to enter the sealing head for sealing.
3) Steam jet vacuum extraction
This machine has a reserved steam pipeline interface and is interconnected with the tank inlet and cover rail, providing steam jet vacuum pumping function for manufacturers who need to vacuum

3. Safety protection device:
(1) Can lid linkage control device: When a can body enters, a corresponding can lid is allocated. If there is no can, no lid is needed
(2) 'Open lid shutdown': When the tank cap is mistakenly not assigned to enter, the machine automatically recognizes the presence or absence of the cap and will immediately brake to stop the machine, preventing the tank body from biting the pressure head mold and damaging the sealing mechanism components
(3) When there is a malfunction in the transmission or when the canister is stuck and overloaded, the transmission can be interrupted and the machine can stop running, effectively protecting the machine and increasing operational safety
(4) The lid less alarm function of the storage container: The storage container is equipped with an electric eye protection device. When the storage container has no lid, it will automatically shut down and give an alarm
